Brown Rice Breakfast Porridge
Chicken Nuggets and home fries
Baked Coconut Chicken, rice pilaf, and salad
Friday
Oatmeal, fruit

Red Beans and Rice
Saturday
Breakfast tacos
(we will be going out to celebrate my daughters 5th and my grandfathers 90th Birthdays)
Stuffed Manicotti, Salad
Sunday
Banana nut muffins
grilled chicken, corn on the cob, salad

This just goes to show you that you can feed your family a variety of foods on a budget with just a little planning.
